CURRENT VACANCY – IT Engineer 

The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer with a solid background in IT systems and network support. This role will involve a mix of office based and on-site support, working across a varied client environment and a wide range of technologies.

  • Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
  • Troubleshooting IT issues both remotely and on-site
  • Implementing and Managing cloud-based systems and services
  • Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an MSP or similar technical environment and be confident working across multiple systems.

  • A natural ability for solving problems
  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
  • Good understanding of networking (wired and wireless)
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365
  • A sound understanding of IT security principles and best practice
  • Excellent time management
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • A genuine interest in IT and technology
  • Full UK driving license

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person/AMP Office & client visits
