Course Information
Businesses today face a range of cyber security threats, so it’s important to be aware of how and where vulnerabilities can occur. The training modules explore what physical and digital security measures you can put in place, and how to keep your working practices safe and sustainable.

Email phishing is a type of cyber attack where criminals send fake emails that appear to come from a trusted source—like a bank, a supplier, or even a colleague. These emails often contain links to fake websites or attachments designed to trick recipients into sharing sensitive information (like passwords or financial details), downloading malware, or taking other risky actions.
Phishing emails are getting more sophisticated all the time. They might look nearly identical to legitimate messages, using real logos, familiar language or even faking an internal company email address.
Simulated phishing emails are harmless, fake messages sent as part of a training program – they help employees learn to spot red flags without real risk. By experiencing realistic phishing attempts in a controlled environment, staff become more aware of how these attacks work and what to watch for.
One of our Cyber Security specialists will regularly carry out ethical hacking exercises, including dropping a few simulated phishing emails into your inbox to try and catch you out! It’s all part of our proactive approach – helping your team spot the warning signs before a real threat comes along.
It’s one of the most effective ways to reduce human error and improve your organisation’s first line of defence: your human firewall.

Each month, you will receive detailed reports to inform you and your team of your performance. These are really useful to help you and your staff identify your weaknesses and build on strengthening your human firewall.
We will help and guide you, if you need additional support and can provide further follow up sessions or appointments, if there is a need to assist any further.
